About Cheryle

Cheryle Mosier is an award winning real estate professional in her 11th year.  She has the expertise and knowledge necessary to obtain only the very best for her clients.  Now, most of her business comes from referrals of past clients, about which she's grateful and proud.

As a life-long resident of West Vancouver she has the kind of knowledge about it's uniqueness that only first-hand experience can bring.  One of her favourite memories as a child is ice-skating on the frozen fountain outside Hunter's Drugs in Park Royal, where now sits the parking lot outside London Drugs! 

Her business background includes management in sales, health, mining, advertising and publication, design and manufacturing, all of which she finds brings a little bit of experience to draw from in the business of selling real estate.  Fourteen years ago she started her real estate career without a real estate license as Sales Manager of Deer Ridge, the condos and townhomes off the Cypress Road exit in West Van.  She realized that this was what she wanted to do, took her license and has been with Royal LePage Northshore ever since -- a career choice she's happy she made!
